We shared those playlists with Justin, and he ran with them. She had a couple on Spotify, one for dinner music and one for the dance party afterwards.

My wife is a musician herself and really enjoys making playlists. We were going back and forth between a few DJs, but could not be happier with our final choice. On top of that, he stressed that it was our day and he would just be there to provide the soundtrack. Right away we could tell that he was personable and passionate about music. As we were interviewing DJs, Justin was more than happy to meet with her in person and deal with me trying to participate via facetime. Planning for our wedding was unique because I live in South Dakota and my wife lives in Seattle. Almost a month later, and my friends are still telling me how awesome the DJ and the music from our wedding were. Is a phenomenal DJ and working with him was easy. Overall, Seth did a good job and the event was a fun success! However, there were a few things that would've made the night a 5-star experience. Also, one uncle sang a karaoke song during the dance party, and while we didn't explicitly give instructions for this not to happen, it would've been good to check or ask before allowing it. For the dance party, the transitions between songs were not our preferred style and it felt like the vibe jumped around more than we would've hoped. In terms of critical feedback, the sound was a bit boomy in the venue and guests had a hard time hearing emcee announcements at dinner. He was very responsive to our requests and suggestions and communicated well day of. He also got the groom and officiant mic'd up properly, walked to individual tables to tell them to head to the buffet, and hit all of our timing cues throughout the night. We created specific playlists for cocktail, ceremony, reception, and the dance party and Seth played the songs we wanted. We worked with DJ Seth and he did a fine job.
